Payments & prices
How you pay
Checkout happens on a secure payment page run by Stripe, one of the world’s largest payment companies. You can pay by card and with the other options shown there, such as Apple Pay or Google Pay where your device supports them. Your card details go straight to Stripe: AsieShop never sees or stores your card number.
Currency
Prices are shown and charged in the currency of the country you shop for: Australian dollars in Australia, US dollars in the United States, pounds in the United Kingdom, Canadian dollars in Canada and New Zealand dollars in New Zealand. The price you see is the amount you pay. If your card is in a different currency, your bank converts the amount and may add a foreign transaction fee. That fee is set by your bank, not by us.
What the price includes
The price you see includes delivery to your country. If a combination of items needs an extra shipping charge, your cart shows it before you pay. Prices don’t include any import duty or tax your country may charge (see Shipping & delivery).
When prices change
Our prices follow our suppliers’ prices and exchange rates, so they can change. Your cart is priced again when you go to checkout, and the amount on the payment page is what you pay.
You’re never asked to pay more after you’ve paid. If a supplier’s price rises after your payment, we either send your order at the price you paid or refund you in full. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you’ve paid, we refund it in full.
Security
Every page is encrypted. Your order page opens only with the private link you receive when you pay. We will never ask for your card number by email or phone.
