Where we deliver

We deliver to United States, Australia, United Kingdom, Canada and New Zealand. Choose the country you’re shopping for at the top of any page: prices and delivery estimates change to match it.

How long delivery takes

Every item shows its estimated arrival date before you pay, worked out for your country. The estimate includes 1–3 days for the warehouse to prepare your order plus the carrier’s time in transit. We only list items that can reach you within 20 days.

Each item also shows where it ships from. If your order has items from different warehouses, they arrive as separate parcels, possibly on different days.

What delivery costs

Delivery is included in the price of every item. Occasionally a combination of items needs an extra shipping charge. If so, your cart shows it before you pay, and you can change your cart instead.

Tracking numbers appear on your order page as soon as the carrier issues them. More about your order page

Import duties and taxes

Your parcel comes from outside your country, so customs rules apply, and our prices don’t include import duty or tax. In Australia and New Zealand, parcels worth up to A$1,000 or NZ$1,000 generally arrive without these charges. Elsewhere, including the United States, customs may charge duty or tax, which the carrier can ask you to pay before delivery.

Your delivery address

We deliver to the address you enter on the secure payment page. Please check it carefully: it can’t be changed once your order is placed. If a parcel comes back because the address was wrong or incomplete, contact us and we’ll work out the options with you.

If your parcel is late or lost

If your parcel hasn’t arrived 5 days after the latest estimated date, report it on your order page and we’ll send a replacement or refund you. How problems are put right
